DAVID BANKS, P.ENG., CHRP |
Upon graduation from the University of Manitoba with a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering, David spent the first 25 years progressing through production, operations and executive positions in oil & gas industry prior to starting RPI in 1987. While remaining technically active in oil & gas, he has devoted himself to excellence in technical and professional staffing. David is past Vice President of ESSAC (ACSESS), the staffing industry trade association, a member of the Human Resource Institute of Alberta, the Human Resources Association of Calgary, APEGGA, and the Petroleum Society of CIM.
