  1. Study the Client Company's exact need, scope of work, and the expected candidate qualification.
  2. Sources potential candidates from our registry and from the industry.
  3. Check candidate references and conduct further interviews as necessary.
  4. Prepare a short list of candidates for recommendation to the client company.
  5. Discuss candidates with client company, arrange interviews and co-ordinate final candidate selection.

    When RPI provide personnel you receive regular invoices for their services. You have no statutory deductions, benefit costs, training costs or severance costs, and you are spared the stress of employee terminations. Our services ensure that an arms-length relationship exists between the contractor and the employer who is freed from expense, administration and legal obligations associated with direct hiring. RPI is the "Employer of Record" and is responsible for:
  • E.I. and C.P.P. payments
  • Worker's Compensation (where applicable)

Cost of Service

    Upon selection of a candidate by the Client Company, RPI will negotiate a gross fee that will provide the candidate an income approximately equivalent to the position's comparative base salary including reasonable benefits value and some consideration for down time.

    RPI, as the "Employer of Record", covers all administrative costs, is responsible for Canada Pension and Employment Insurance premiums and provides Workers' Compensation and General Liability Insurance. Vacation pay, statutory holidays and overtime are paid, where applicable, in accordance with Labour Legislation. RPI makes available to its contractors a comprehensive group insurance plan covering medical, dental and long term disability.

Contract AdministrationContract Administration
    RPI will assume the "Employer" responsibilities and provides payroll services for contract personnel located directly by the Client Company for the negotiated administration fee.

  1. Fee for Service. (Not dependent on a successful placement)
  2. Retainer Plus Contingency.
